What is SmartTract Go?
SmartTract Go is an automatic dry-air vacuum pump with a separate controller, air hose and cylinder. It offers Static, Pulsating and Rapid Interval pumping, with controls on the device and in the app.
Do I have to keep pumping by hand?
No. After setup, SmartTract Go runs the pressure pattern in your selected routine. You can adjust or stop from the controller or app. Follow the user manual and stay attentive during use.
Does it maintain pressure automatically?
Yes. In Static mode, SmartTract Go maintains your selected pressure automatically. Pulsating and Rapid Interval modes change pressure as part of their programmed patterns. A manual setup that loses pressure needs pumping again. Always establish a proper seal and follow the setup instructions.
Do I need my phone every time?
No. You can start, adjust and stop saved routines directly on the controller. The app lets you create and customize routines. App logging is required if you want to qualify for the 180-day no-results guarantee.
How does it help me stay consistent?
Automatic pumping removes repeated squeezing, and saved routines make it easier to repeat your setup. That can help you stick with a regular routine while working toward your goals. Consistency does not guarantee a particular result; individual results vary. Follow the user manual.
Does it use water?
No. SmartTract Go uses dry air; you do not fill the cylinder with water. Follow the user manual for setup, cleaning and use.
Can I create my own routines?
Yes. Customize routines in the app, including multi-stage patterns with Advanced Rapid Interval. You can design unlimited variations and store up to 10 routines on the device at a time.
How do the returns and guarantee work?
Unopened products have a separate 30-day return window. The 180-day no-results guarantee requires qualifying use and complete app logs, covers the device price only and excludes consumables. It is not an unconditional trial. A 1-year device warranty also applies. Read the full returns policy for eligibility and claim requirements.
