Start with structure.
Each preset pairs a defined duration with a pressure pattern, so you can see what the session involves before you begin.
Introducing progressive training
Five structured routines. Defined session times. Pressure patterns you can control. Bring consistency and intention to your routine with SmartTract.
Designed for controlled routines. Results vary; permanent size gains are not established.
A more intentional routine
In the gym, a plan gives each session a purpose. You know what you did, what changed, and how it felt. Bring that same discipline to tracking your pumping routine.
Vacuum pumping is different from strength training. More pressure does not automatically mean better results. SmartTract makes the session structure clear so you can follow the instructions, stay within your limits, and review your experience.

Review your sessions in the app and pay attention to comfort and recovery. A record gives your routine context.
Choose a suitable routine, adjust within the device instructions, and stop if something does not feel right. Moving up is optional.
The routine library
Erection quality. Firmer erections. Temporary fullness. Explore each level’s pressure pattern and how it relates to these goals.
Vacuum pumping may help some men with ED achieve a firmer erection and temporary fullness. These potential benefits apply to vacuum pumping generally; higher levels are not proven to deliver stronger erections or permanent size gains. Read the medical overview
Introductory routine
An introduction to vacuum-assisted erection support and temporary fullness.
Routine focusGentle introduction
Runs the shortest preset in the series: an 8-minute introduction with a 5.0 inHg peak. It gives you a simple routine for getting familiar with the setup and controls.
Level 1
A foundational routine with erection quality, firmness, and temporary fullness in focus.
Routine focusFoundational session structure
Extends the preset to 12 minutes with a 6.0 inHg peak. The defined duration and pressure pattern give you a consistent session structure to return to and review.
Level 2
Explore pulsating and rapid interval patterns with assisted firmness as the goal.
Routine focusPulsating and rapid interval segments
Adds pulsating and rapid interval pumping segments to a 20-minute preset with a 7.0 inHg peak. The device follows these pressure changes automatically.
Level 3
Advanced pressure cycling for a routine centered on assisted erections and fullness.
Routine focusAdvanced pressure cycling
Combines a 25-minute session with advanced pressure cycling and an 8.0 inHg peak. It offers a more complex preset to explore when that routine is appropriate for you.
Level 4
The full-length rapid interval preset, with assisted firmness and temporary fullness in focus.
Routine focusOptimized rapid interval cycles
Runs optimized rapid interval cycles over 30 minutes, with a 9.0 inHg preset peak. It is the longest and highest-peak routine in this series, and is optional rather than a goal everyone should reach.
These are program specifications, not universal safe targets or a recommendation to increase pressure. Use only settings and durations appropriate for you, following the manual and your clinician’s advice. Read the user manual →

Your routine, in your hands
The presets are a starting point. Use the SmartTract app to review sessions, build your own pressure patterns, and explore patterns shared by other users.
See how SmartTract worksLook back at session and pressure history over time. Pair the data with how you felt; a chart alone cannot tell you that a higher setting is safe.
Build a sequence around the pressure and timing controls available in the app, within the device’s instructions and your own limits.
Discover routines created by other users. Review the settings before use: someone else’s routine is not a personal recommendation.
Before your first session
Read the device instructions and discuss suitability with your clinician, especially if you have a medical condition or have had surgery. Gym experience does not determine a pumping level.
Follow the recommended setup, limits, and release instructions. Stop and release the vacuum if you feel pain or notice numbness, bruising, or discoloration; seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
Consider comfort, recovery, and your clinician’s guidance alongside your session record. There is no deadline to advance and no need to reach the highest preset.
Good questions, clear answers
Understand what the routines mean and how to approach them.
No such result is established by the routine specifications. Vacuum devices can help with erectile dysfunction, but permanent size gains from pumping are not proven. Temporary fullness is not evidence of lasting growth.
Start by reading the manual and checking that vacuum pumping is suitable for you. The introductory preset is listed first for orientation, but even its settings are not automatically appropriate for everyone. Follow your clinician’s advice and the device instructions; do not choose a higher level based on gym experience.
It is the highest pressure specified for that preset, measured in inches of mercury (inHg). It is not a pressure to maintain throughout the whole session and it is not a universal safe target. Duration and the complete pressure pattern also matter.
There is no universal advancement schedule. Do not increase pressure just because you completed a session or an app trend rises. Comfort, recovery, device instructions, and your clinician’s guidance should inform any change. You can stay at a suitable lower routine.
Yes. The SmartTract app supports custom pressure patterns and patterns shared by other users. Review the full settings before use and keep within the device instructions and your own limits. Shared routines are not individually assessed medical advice.
Stop and release the vacuum using the device’s release control. Do not push through pain, numbness, bruising, or discoloration. Review the manual and seek medical advice if symptoms persist or you are unsure about continuing.
